In  other  news,  France  will  celebrate  its  annual  'Bastille  Day'  this  Sunday July 14.  The  flags  of  the  10  EU  countries  ( European  Intervention  Initiative *)  will  lead  the  parade  down  the  Champs  Elysees  avenue  in  Paris.  Many  world  leaders  will  be  in  attendance like  :  Chancellor  Merkel  and  Theresa  May  and   President  Trump  won't  this  year  for  obvious  reasons  !!!  Macron  just  recently  launched  France's  newest  Nuclear  Submarine : The  Suffren;  a  Nuclear  Powered - Attack  Submarine  'BUT'  officially  it  won't  carry  any   nuclear   missiles !!!
