While the leaders of the UK are mired in what appears to be an almost seemingly neverending 'BREXIT' with lots of twists and turns that nobody saw coming; London is 'NOT' that interested in sponsoring anything that does not directly affect their somewhat isolated 'Island Nation.' Meanwhile the leader of Germany is amazingly isolating itself more and more from most foreign entanglements and finds it easier for the EU Parliament and other key EU leaders to set EU Foreign Policy on behalf of them. On the other hand, France almost by DEFAULT is finding itself as the 'To Go EU Powerbroker' that most foreign leaders perceive as a 'NEUTRAL POWER BROKER.' Neither Spain nor Italy are in any position, neither : 'Militarily nor Economically' to do what Paris has been doing these past 3 years.
This Monday, December 9, 2019 the leaders of Russia : Putin as well as the democratically elected leader of the Ukraine : Volodymyr Zelensky as well as Germany's Angela Merkel and the President of France : Emmanuel Macron are scheduled to meet in Paris to try and 'PEACEFULLY' resolve / end the Ukrainian-Russian conflict. ( Normandy 4 Heads of State Format* ) Although, most East European political experts do 'NOT' expect a major breakthrough most involved are optimistic that at least its a good start because the 'Peace Talks' have been stalled since 2016 and thus far the ongoing conflict has taken the lives of over 13,000 soldiers and civilians !!! Ukrainian soldiers /civilians as well as Russian backed mercenaries and others continue to die almost every single day especially in the region of Donbas by the Ukrainian / Russian border. The number one thing that has 'PULLED' Russian President : Putin, are the continued $$$ economic sanctions imposed upon Russia after it annexed the Crimean Peninsula; Putin would like Merkel and Macron to lift such sanctions that are still hurting a large segment of the Russian economy !!!
If you are unaware, the new Ukrainian President : Volodymyr Zelensky a Ukrainian Comedian, won the Ukrainian Elections by a landslide this past April of 2019 with 73% of the vote and this student of Bible Prophecy and International Relations is 100% sure that even Russian President Putin was AMAZED that a Ukrainian-Jewish Comedian was able to win the Ukrainian Presidency !!! Mr. Zelensky starred in a Ukrainian T.V series in a 'Satirical Series' called : Servant of the People and in that T.V. show he portrayed a character who 'ACCIDENTALLY' becomes the Ukrainian President !!! ( The American version of Zelensky's surprising victory be the equivalent of the American / Jewish Comedian : Jerry Seinfeld winning the U.S. Presidency *)

Why aren't other much larger Bible Prophecy Teachers / Ministries reporting on events such as this one ??? Either we here at EUinProphecy.com are doing an awesome job all by ourselves or the other WATCHMEN out there simply don't have much of a clue. This servant of GOD very honestly was planning on ending this website some time ago 'IF' someone else appeared on the scene with a better 'Grasp' of what is taking place within the EU and this WATCHMAN feels even more OBLIGATED as more and more 'Red Flags' are being raised by 'Someone' like no one else before him***
In sum, the top reason that brings Putin to the Paris Peace Summit is that he wants $$$ Economic sanctions against Russia lifted because it most certainly is damaging the Russian economy that is heavily dependent on : Oil and Natural Gas sales !!! The Ukraine on the other hand wants Russian soldiers and mercenaries out of its territory and Merkel and Macron want 'PEACE' in Eastern Europe; after all World War I was triggered by events that took place only some 570 miles from the Ukraine in neighboring Serbia !!! This entire summit is really ONLY dependent on what Putin will accede to and most Ukrainians do 'NOT' want Zelensky to give in to any of Putins demands; all the cards appear to be in Putins hands. It is the very personal opinion of this student of Eurasian Geopolitics who has been studying Putin for 19+ years that Putin is one very sinister and evil man who has shown and proven time and time again that he has even bigger long range plans not only in the Middle East / Syria but also in several key strategic regions of Eurasia; he is 'NOT' a man that should be underestimated for he is like a wolf trying to make 'Peace' with sheep in Paris !!!
France's : President Macron, ran his presidential campaign promising to REFORM the French economy and thus far he has NOT disappointed, although he did had to make some concessions to the 'Yellow Vests' ( 10+ billion $Euros in tax breaks etc*) Macron 'AMAZINGLY' survived the almost 1 year 'Yellow Vest' protests against him !!! The National Pension Reform is neccessary according to numerous economists; because like in most Western economies the pensioners are outliving the pension system via increased life expectancy and other rising costs; French economic experts predict that if "NO" major French Pension Reforms take place now that the entire pension system will collapse on its own, as it is already in the 'RED' just like it is in the USA, previous French Presidents attempted to reform it 'BUT' they backed down fearing too high political costs; Macron on the other hand 'IF' he succeeds will have 'FULFILLED' his campaign promises !!!
( Example : according to a recent study the New York City Pension System / Fund is about $ 215+ Billion in the red ( 2018 figures*) with $ 65 billion in unfunded pension liabilities, $ 100 Billion in unfunded retiree healthcare and an already $ 50 Billion City debt for a total of about $ 215 Billion dollars !!! ) What is the 'Insignificant Personal Opinion' of Mario Romano ??? You and I know as student's of Bible Prophecy that the 'Artifical Economic Model' that most Western Capitalists Countries propped up is 'NOT' sustainable; they create '$$$ Bubbles' within yet other economic '$$$ Bubbles' and it doesn't take a Banker to figure out where all of this is headed = Economic Collapse !!! Who is to blame ??? to some degree we all are, it is true there is NO such thing as a 'Free Lunch' eventually someone has to pay for it and all the : Generous Social Programs, Massive Local and National $$$ Budget Deficits and $$$ Trillions in our national debt can 'NOT' be 'Kicked Down the Road Forever' !!! In conclusion, as the Peace Summit has come to a conclusion ( as of 5 :30 P.M. USA Pacific Time Zone*) and as i write and finalize this weeks article it is being reported that 'NO' major breakthrough or agreement was reached at this FIRST SUMMIT in Paris, France "BUT" it is also being reported that all four leaders have agreed to meet once again in FOUR MONTHS. European political experts did 'NOT' expect any major results and although no concessions were made by anyone of the parties involved, this is the first meeting between Putin and Zelensky and to some that's a good start !!! Putin leaves again with $$$ economic sanctions continuing to be imposed upon Russia by the EU / West and Zelensky although he is a 'Political Novice' leaves having conceded NOTHING to Putin and that is what most Ukrainians were hoping for !!! It should be understood that 'Peace Summits' are "NOT" a 'One Day Thing' they are all a 'PROCESS' of talks and concessions and today this Monday the 9th of December the first 'Peace Summit' between Putin and Zelensky took place, the next one is scheduled in 4 months !!!
