According to Bloomberg news; France is about to become the very first European Country to use 'Facial Recognition Technology' ( Biometrics*) to give it's citizens a more secure digital identity-whether they want it or not; France's ALICEM is scheduled to be rolled out this coming November, all throughout the French Republic !!! The country of Sweden on the other hand, years ago opted for 'MICROCHIPPING.' Since 2015, thousands of Swedes have voluntarily inserted a chip under their skin for $180 US Dollars ( insertion fee ) and most Swede's use it daily as an 'Electronic-Digital Wallet.' As a student of Bible Prophecy, Europeans are indeed being 'CONDITIONED & PRIMED' into adopting such technology, that will according to the Book of Revelation will ultimately end producing the 666 Mark of the Beast mentioned in the Book of Revelation. Massive sociological changes don't happen overnight, they are the product of small gradual changes and what we are witnessing taking place in countries such as Sweden with Micro-Chipping under the skin and in France with the upcoming 'Facial Recognition' is undoubtedly setting the stage for the mass push and implementation of the 'Mark of the Beast' during the Tribulation period !!!
The French President : Emmanuel Macron who is also the Co-Prince of Andorra wants his fellow countrymen/women to live in a more 'Technologically Secure World' and that is one of the main reasons why Macron is 'Pushing and Launching' nationally, a facial recognition program dubbed ALICEM. According to the Book of Revelation the future 'Mark of the Beast' will be located in the 'Right Hand' ( some type of implant*) or on the 'Forehead' ( possible biometric mark*) ( Revelation 13 : 16 )
Obviously, France will not be the first country to have a national facial recognition ID Program. Singapore as well as China leads the world in Facial Recognition !!! According to French governmental officials ALICEM will 'NOT' be used to spy on its citizens; Paris wants all of it's French citizens to possess a 'Secure Digital Identity' that can be used for multiple purposes but according to them it will grant most French Citizens a more secure access to EVERYTHING including : Taxes, Bank Accounts, Bills and Social Security accounts !!!
French governmental officials CLAIM that ALICEM registrants will 'NOT' be spied upon by their government like in China or Singapore 'BUT' really who are they kidding ??? When the U.S. Social Security Numbers/ID was rolled out decades ago the Social Security number was only initially going to be used for paying out Social Security benefits upon retirement and presently almost 'NO' American can buy a house or obtain a Mortgage loan without a Social Security Number; here in the USA one's Social Security number is almost mandatory for Federal Taxes and virtually every American Governmental Agency has access to one's 'Private Information' via national databases that employ our Social Security number !!! ( Schools, Banks, Credit Score etc *)
This student of Bible Prophecy is 'NOT' claiming that ALICEM will be that final Mark mentioned in the Book of Revelation; but what Mario is getting at is that the French people are being 'CONDITIONED' for the upcoming 'Big Brother / Police State' mentioned in the Book of Revelation; little by little !!!

Having observed the European Union for over 18+ years now, this student of Bible Prophecy can honestly state that he has 'NOT' come across a more 'AMBITIOUS' EU Politician than 'YouKnowWho.' He is very easily 4 Times more ambitious as was SARKOZY and what amazes this student of Bible Prophecy thee most is that although his Poll numbered have fluctuated greatly from anywhere 49% to 17% in the past, he SOMEHOW manages to come ahead; he has outlived the : Yellow Vests Protestors, the Union Strikes and other National Economic Reforms Strikes / Protests and he continues without question to be the most INFLUENTIAL politician in all of the EU hands down and he has even outlived 2 British Prime Ministers in his brief 2 and a half + years in power !!! And like we 'Predicted' Italy's Salvini has been 'Politically Neutralized' ( at least temporarily*) and Italy was just approved to join the 10 Original Member European Intervention Initiative the new Italian Prime Minister ( Giuseppe Conte*) has rekindled ties with Paris !!!
