Times in Paris, wrote an article concerning the French military interventions in strategic parts of Northern Africa and Central Africa; as well as France's mediating interests in the Middle East Peace Process. According to her 'secular conclusions' the President of France, would like to increase his military endeavors in that region in order to try and prevent Islamic militants from spreading even more so all through that strategic region. 'BUT' France is a small country and even though it has its own 'Military Industrial Complex' the challenging finances of the French economy and of the EU do not permit it to expand its military presence in a likewise manner as the American Armed forces operate in : Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and elsewhere throughout the world. Yes, France can 'NOT' do what must be done militarily by itself, that is why Mr.Macron is inviting 9 other EU countries to be part of a new 10 EU 'Rapid Response Military Intervention Force.' Although most student and teachers of Bible Prophecy have a very clear chronology of what comes : first, second and last in Revelation; the TRUTH is that there are some 'Biblical Prophecies' that none of us should be putting exact dates on. One example being is that most of us agree that the 1st Horseman of the Apocalypse ( Revelation 6 ) is none other than the 'Man of Sin' starting World War III ( Bent on Conquest*) and yet it is not until Revelation 17 : 12 that the 10 Horns appears with the 'Little Horn' and they all reign together for 42 months and yet we all know and would agree that the Little Horn 'Confirms You Know What' on his own for 7 years and breaks it mid-point !!! It has always been the interpretation of this student of Bible Prophecy that the 'Little Horn' is already on the scene and rising to power 'BEFORE' the 10 King's give him all of their power and authority for one hour !!!
