There are dates in European history that have forever changed the European continent. The President of France is pursuing several $$$ REFORMS that are 'NOT' very popular with an 'Entitlement Dependent Society.' Both : Margaret Thatcher of Britain as well as Charles de Gaulle of France in the past pursued REFORMS against the tide of very strong : Unions, Pensioners and others 'BUT' in the end history records that both survived politically and ultimately directed their respective countries in the right path. Yes, in 1968 workers and students mobilized against De Gaulle's reforms and their social movement 'NEARLY' brought down his government 'BUT' De Gaulle survived and France did become a more flexible and dynamic country because of his REFORMS. While it is true that both Thatcher's and De Gaulle's REFORMS did 'NOT' bring 'Overnight' results; in the end their REFORMS allowed both Britain and France's economies to become more : Flexible, Dynamic and Competitive !!! Yes, economic REFORMS in any country are very often : painful, unpopular and long !!! This student of History mentions all of this only because some are already jumping on the bandwagon of prematurely predicting the 'Rise and Fall' of 'You Know Who' without having considered the examples and successes of European reforms/reformers of the past who ALMOST suffered their political end 'BUT' were later branded visionaries who helped turned their countries around !!! The country of Greece is a perfect example of what can and has happened when REFORMS are non-existent or rarely enforced. The Greek politicians for decades really, have been slow in implementing much needed REFORMS very simply because Greek Politicians are AFRAID of losing their RE-ELECTION chances !!! As Greek politicians come and go Greece's National Debt keeps piling and 'Unsustainable Pensions' and numerous financial governmental obligations keep increasing. Greek Politicians continue to 'Kick the Can' to the next administration ( not really reforming nor addressing the problem*) all the while the : population, the economy, the tax base and the workforce keeps decreasing and thus you have a problem like the Greek Financial Crisis !!! France on the other hand is the world's 6th largest economy in a planet with some 190+ countries; the REFORMS being implemented by Macron can only help to make France an even more investment friendly and competitive. Yes, France suffers from around a 10% unemployment rate ( Truth be told France's unemployment rate has been about the same 9.6%-10% for the past 10+ years during the Presidency of both : Sarkozy, Hollande and now Macron*) 'BUT' it is because most Companies can not legally fire employees that easily there; thus Companies there are super cautious in hiring practices; ( A job is almost for life there, desperate French employers losing money try to find loopholes & other creative ways to make it almost unbearable sometimes for employees so that they will 'Voluntarily' quit !!! ) Macron is trying to change all that so that more International Investors and Global Corporations will feel welcome into investing in the country. I state this because "NOT" all Christian Churches are teaching Bible Prophecy, in my local church my Pastor has 'NOT' preached on anything related to Bible Prophecy for over a year !
( Note : I have been attending a new Church for a couple of years since I changed to my new home address. ( Example : Expository Preaching/ Teaching of all the Bible and 'NOT' just twisted interpretations of 'Prosperity Verses' that are obviously taken out of context by all 'Propserity Preachers' !!! ) I was stunned ( in a good way*) that when I went to hear Tsarfati on a Wednesday service over 800+ people were there to hear Bro. Tsarfati on the most recent developments in Syria. I hope that Pastor Hagee does 'NOT' follow the 'German-Islamic Caliphate' eschatological position; because the last time I heard one of his sermons/teachings on the subject he appeared to indicate that 'somewhat.' As you may know EUinProphecy.com believes and teaches that the 'EPICENTER' of the Kingdom of the Beast will 'NOT' be located in any Islamic country and this final time neither anywhere in Germany !!!
